Never alone, a painting of a dialogue between a woman and her inner guide

The painting "Never Alone" invites intimate introspection, celebrating the subtle connection with our intuition. The blue and purple tones of the background create a dreamlike atmosphere, evoking a liminal space between the real and the imaginary. The white dots, resembling stars or bubbles, add a sense of elevation and lightness, like a constant movement towards the surface or celestial heights.
On the left, the line of red flowers with white hearts seems to trace an ascending path, like a thread of hope or life pushing us forward. These flowers, in contrast with the ethereal hues of the background, may symbolize bright milestones on a sometimes dark path. The ghostly leaves in shades of blue and green, scattered along the edges, remind us of the fragility but also the resilience of nature, grounding us in an organic and mysterious universe.
The golden octagon in the center, evoking a door or a sacred passage, draws the eye as a symbol of union between the material and the spiritual. This geometric element reinforces the idea of an inner quest, a journey towards a form of fulfillment or truth.
The central figure, a young woman in profile, is both grounded in this universe and in constant dialogue with it. Her black hair, resembling a cloud or a living matrix, blossoms into abundant vegetation. This image suggests that her thoughts, dreams, or emotions take root and bloom, giving life to a rich and colorful mental landscape. The black leaves rising from her head may symbolize ideas or aspirations being liberated and elevated, while the colorful flowers scattered through her hair represent the diversity of human emotions and experiences.
Her face, adorned with a solar tattoo and a black heart beneath her eye, suggests a balance between light and shadow. The solar tattoo, placed on the forehead, could be interpreted as a third eye, an opening to a higher consciousness. The black heart beneath the eye, on the other hand, introduces a nuance of vulnerability or pain, which, rather than diminishing her, enhances her humanity and depth.
The bird perched on her shoulder, with its fan-shaped tail and dorsal mandala, becomes a central figure in the dialogue. Its vivid colors and black heart, mirroring the woman's, establish a symbolic link between them. Its role seems to be that of a spiritual guide or messenger, imparting wisdom and comfort. The idea that the plants in the woman’s hair might take root from this bird strengthens the theme of symbiosis and the transformative power of authentic connections.
