Flowers in your life, painting of an ode to little joys

Every day brings a new opportunity to put flowers in your life.
The painting "Flowers in Your Life" is a metaphor for the presence of flowers in a life, a day, and the small joys or pleasures that we should regularly give ourselves because we deserve them.
The background is created with misty shades of red, sometimes veering towards black, and is scattered with small white dots, like stars. This background offers a fascinating duality, as the red can evoke a sense of violence or discomfort, but it also recalls the mysteries of the universe. It brings to mind images of the cosmos, where galaxies seem to dance in similar tones, evoking more admiration than fear. The subtle white stars symbolize hopes or opportunities that reveal themselves even in moments of darkness.
At the center, a golden octagonal door cuts through the background, like an opening leading to peace or rest. With its shape, the octagon can also be seen as a transition between the earthly and the celestial, a promise of balance and harmony.
In the foreground, a young woman in profile slightly turns her head towards the viewer. She seems to carry a collection of flowers with her, like a precious inheritance. From her long black hair rise large dark leaves, like shadows that contrast with the light of the flowers she wears. These flowers, star-shaped and in blue and yellow, illuminate her hair. Her pink garment, adorned with red, turquoise, and violet flowers, completes this floral harmony. This vibrant mix of colors on her outfit suggests that moments of joy and beauty coexist with shadow and trials, forming an inseparable whole.
Around her, white climbing plants and flowers entwine her silhouette, reinforcing the idea that she is in symbiosis with nature and the joys she has cultivated.
She wears two tattoos: a solar symbol on her forehead, evoking illumination, vital energy, or a connection to a higher force, and a small black heart under her eye, perhaps a mark of resilience, a trace of love or pain transformed into strength.

These are the only things she wishes to preserve, as an ode to the essential and to gratitude.
